Thank you my friend,
For lifting my name in prayer,
Asking God to comfort me,
I need His special care.

My heart is heavy and sad,
Seems like trials block the way,
Yet through your faithful plea,
God is standing with me today.

My heartache is lessened,
My soul finds sweet release,
Because of a friend's prayer,
My heart is now at peace.
