Nanny’s
Scalloped Broccoli
2 cups
chopped broccoli
1/2 cup of grated cheddar
cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped
onion
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1 can of cream of celery
soup
1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs
2 pimientos, chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
Beat the eggs in large bowl.
Mix in all of the remaining
ingredients.
Pour into a buttered
casserole dish and set in
pan of boiling water and
bake at 375 degrees for
about 50 minutes or until
firm.
