Barbecued
Spareribs
4 pounds
of
spareribs
2
teaspoons
of salt
3/4 cup
of
catsup
2
tablespoons
of
vinegar
1/8
teaspoon
of
cayenne
pepper
2
medium-sized
onions,
sliced
1/4
teaspoon
of black
pepper
3/4 cup
of water
2
teaspoons
of
Worcestershire
sauce
1
teaspoon
of chili
powder
Arrange
spareribs
in large
baking
dish or
roasting
pan.
Add the
onions,
and
sprinkle
with the
salt and
black
pepper.
Combine
the
remaining
ingredients,
and pour
over
spareribs.
Cover,
and bake
in at
350
degrees
for
about 1
1/2
hours,
basting
often.
Remove
cover,
and bake
an
additional
20
minutes
longer.
