white cake mix plus 2 tablespoons flour
1 1/3 cups of frozen strawberries
1 small package strawberry Jell-O
2/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
1/2 stick butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
Thaw strawberries at room temperature.
Drain and reserve juice for frosting.
Mix cake mix, flour, Jell-O, cooking
oil, water and eggs until well mixed.
Pour into 9 X 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35
Set pan on wire rack to cool.
For The Frosting:
Cream softened butter and powdered sugar
in mixing bowl while adding enough
juice to make creamy and of spreading
Frost cooled cake as desired.
