Country Fried
Squash
3-4 yellow
squash (washed and sliced length ways)
1-1/2 cups of corn meal
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Vegetable oil
Mix meal, sugar, salt and pepper.
Dredge each piece of squash in mixture.
Pour 1/2 inch oil in pan and heat.
Add squash carefully and pan fry until
golden brown.
