Pineapple Baked Ham
1 cooked ham with bone in
1/4 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
1-12 ounce can of sliced pineapple, drained
Maraschino cherries
Whole cloves
Score the surface of ham with diagonal cuts in diamond shapes.
Insert cloves into diamonds.
Place the ham into a roasting pan.
Bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
Combine the brown sugar and pineapple juice, and pour over the ham.
Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on ham.
Bake uncovered for an additional 30-40 minutes.
