Creamy Pumpkin Pie
1 –8
ounce package of cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
3/4 cup of granulated sugar, divided
1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/4 cups of cooked pumpkin
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
Mix the cream cheese, 1 egg, vanilla,
and 1/4 cup of the sugar together and
spread the mixture
in the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.
Next, mix the pumpkin, evaporated milk,
the 2 remaining eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar,
the spices, and the salt together in a
large bowl.
Pour the pumpkin mixture carefully over
the cream cheese mixture and bake at 350
degrees for 50 minutes.
